A Storm of hail and snow brought on by strong winds from Danæviia's ice region Berg rained over Buzzjack, and now the nation awaits the counter-attack. Only the Avatar, master of appeasing all the blocs could possibly stop the Emerald Princess from turning the world into a dance floor. But when the world needed him most, he vanished. In the hope of saving light, Danævii rebels have gathered representatives from across the world in search of the new Avatar.

Hello, this is Dan Daniels Junior. You may remember my father being murdered by Thanos when he was reporting on the scene of where we were supposed to last host the contest, before we were cruelly robbed of the opportunity thanks to those cursed infinity stones. #WeDemandJustice

Delegations are asked to confirm using the Google form link above. You have until 13/02/21, 23:59 BST to confirm. This of course means that indeed Semi-finals will be expected to open on Valentines Day.

Now, read the confirmation rules, read them and understand them!

• You must provide a link to your entry alongside the name of your nation, the artist(s) and song title.
• You may change your entry at any time before the deadline. If you have been vetoed you will be given extra time to change your entry if needed.
• Late submissions will be accepted at the discretion of the host. PM submissions will not be accepted.
• Please check your song against the veto framework before confirming your entry.
• Beaverdonia, Pagasa and Sandénia are unfortunately serving a one-contest ban for non-voting in the previous contest.
• You may not send the following artists who finished in the top 3 of the previous contest; Worakls, Rusanda Panfili, VNV Nation, Charlotte Sands.
• You may also not send the same artist you sent in the previous contest.
• Artists are first-come, first-served. If someone beats you to your preferred artist, you will be asked to re-confirm.
• You may not send an entry that has been previously sent to the contest. A complete list of previous entries can be found HERE. You are also encouraged to avoid anything sent to any of Buzzjack's sister contests; BJSC Spin-Offs, PFSC, Unknown Pleasures, Nuggets, Club Bizarre.
• You may not send a song previously confirmed for Eurovision, or one that will be sent or is still in contention of being sent to this year's contest.
• You may not hint at or reveal your chosen entry publicly or privately before I do so, however you may discuss your potentials in your national thread.

07-13/02 Confirmation period
14-20/02 Semi-final voting period
21-27/02 Final voting period

Runthroughs of the semi-finals will be broadcast on DTV at 20:00 GMT on dates to be confirmed throughout the voting periods, to be simulcast with providers around the world in association with plug.dj. DTV will also be hosting semi-final results on Sun 21 Feb and final results on Sun 28 Feb, likewise at 20:00 GMT.
