22nd. G.U.Y. = 9 votes
Welcome Buzzjack to Round 6 of Lady Gaga's least fave singles poll & after a pretty tight race we say goodbye to the rather ambitious G.U.Y. which stands for "Girl Under You". Released in March 2014 as the 3rd & final single from her 3rd studio album Artpop & by the time this finally arrived it was apparent that Gaga wanted to end this chapter earlier than anticipated & the lack of attention this received upon its release, as it came 5 months after the last single & many were already done with this era already. But at the very least we got a lavish visual music video that perhaps gave us a glimpse of the zaniness opus of what Gaga wanted Artpop to be. The song itself was rather decent with its grinding synths, shuddering EDM beats & a cool house music breakdown, but perhaps it didn't work as a single (well maybe it could have if the era wasn't marred by the controversy of the last single), maybe if another track came before 'Gypsy' & then this could have had its chance to shine. However in all honesty by the time this came, it was already too-late. As for the other results, as speculated it was a pretty close race between this & "You And I" which received the 2nd highest amount of votes with 7 (could this go next?). "Applause" picked up 4 votes & the other 'Artpop' single "Do What U Want" started to pick up more votes with 3, (doesn't look good for this era lasting all that long). "I'll Never Love Again" again picks up 2 votes, then finally "LoveGame" picks up a vote as do "Always Remember Us This Way", "Stupid Love" & "Marry The Night" (the first time getting a vote for the latter). Right then guys, same rules apply just vote for your Least Fave Gaga track & the one with the most votes will be gone by the next round which will be in 4/5 days time, so have fun guys & remember choose wisely.
