Killers snubbed by Grammy’s and now Brits! 2nd or 3rd fastest selling album of the year, high critical praise, all 15 years into their career and not even a sniff at international group.

I hope Jessie Ware & Miley win, or at the very least get performance slots!

Gaga getting snubbed in International Female, despite a number 1 single, top 5 single and number 1 album. Yet Billie Eilish is nominated? Ok.
Fairly surprised Harry isn't up for British Male too. This post has been edited by PaulM1983: 31st March 2021, 04:31 PM |

I've said this in another post but it's hilarious how Young T & Bugsy got two nominations. I can accept 'Don't Rush' being nominated for the single as it was a big hit (and even charted in America) but them getting a nom for Best Group when they had only one hit single the entire year propped up entirely on a Tik Tok challenge and they're virtual nobodies outside of that shows how desperate the Brits were to fill this category up.

I’m assuming Harry Styles isn’t eligible for British Male because his album was released in 2019.

There's loads more they could've gone for, I think they're just there to be the rap representation |

Yeah, Young T & Bugsey are the biggest 'WTF?' nominations for me, and I'm sure they could have picked some better British singles for that category. Also disappointed (but not surprised) by the snubs for The Killers, Lady Gaga and Paloma. And Declan McKenna not being nominated for British Male is just a JOKE

Pleased to see Jessie Ware and Celeste nominated in the albums though I doubt either will win. Great to see a nomination for Haim too.
I’m not surprised but a little gutted to see Jack Garratt snubbed yet again. Love, Death and Dancing is a masterpiece, I hoped he could at least sneak a best male nomination. |

YT&B have THREE noms lol
I'm not buying that Celeste love. She is not very interesting. Her album has its moments but best album nomination? Not in a million years. |

Even though I like the album, I’d buy its nomination anyway. Anne Marie was nominated for this a couple of years back, anything goes. |

Truly shocked that Billie and Cardi got a nomination over Lady Gaga or Kylie Minogue
Rooting for Miley, I think that Plastic Hearts is a wonderful album! |

It’s a Gen Z shortlist, as it should be. I’m not complaining as a millennial.
