They've already had a great year with the government's rollout, now The Vaccines are back in a few weeks with new music! Combat Sports has probably become my favourite album of theirs now, so I'm super hyped for this.

Sounding brilliant, love the pop direction for it! Though Justin has also confirmed there will be heavier tracks on the album - which are also appreciated.

Always a worry when radio 1 doesn’t give them HR status for some reason.

Love 'Back In Love City' just as much as 'Headphones Baby'. Can't wait for the album! I went through their entire discography again last week, they're such a great band

'Alone Star' is out today. Another solid one! I do think I prefer the sounds of their last album Combat Sports, but I'm glad to see them changing it up for this one.

Alone Star is probably the best The Vaccines song in my opinion. There is something about the trumpets that are alluring and the chorus is catchy! Excited to hear the rest of the album!

'Jump Off The Top' is out today ahead of the album on Friday! It's been performed by them live for a couple of years now, so has become a bit of a fan favourite. Very good to finally have it out there.

Forgot this album was out on Friday, ‘Headphones Baby’ a top 40 single in my chart now but not blowing me away. I will listen to the new album this weekend though.

Gave this a listen this morning and it’s decent enough - the best songs on first listen are ‘Back in Love City’, ‘Headphones Baby’, ‘Paranormal Romance’, ‘Jump Off The Top’ and the highlight ‘People’s Republic Of Desire’!
