THE COI TOP 40 - 30 April 2021


There is a very competitive race for number one this week with two strong contenders hoping to knock Masked Wolf off the top after five weeks there with Astronaut In The Ocean. Monolink climbed to number two last week with The Prey (Mind Against Remix) and, with the BJSC 134 final results revealed, that has a good chance of completing its rise to the top, and Save Your Tears by The Weeknd has already been a massive hit here (and would have been number one if the restart came a few weeks earlier) but the new remix with Ariana Grande could send it all the way back up to number one!

New entries this week are dominated by songs from the BJSC 134 final, with the highest going to Christina Novelli's track Numb which gives her a second top ten hit on this chart after appearing on Richard Durand's Save You in 2019. Austrian producer Parov Stelar, Iranian post-rock band Crows In The Rain and Swedish group Postiljonen also come into the top 20, and other BJSC 134 songs entering the chart come from Bklava, Quadeca and India Jordan. The only other new entry belongs to Redlight, who gets a second track in this week's top 40 with his latest song Leaf joining Crystal Rain which is still in the top ten.
