I think they "freeze" the iTunes top 10 or something at 6pm and that's essentially their chart (although I haven't really taken any notice of this chart since it's inception so I have no idea anymore tbh)

The number ones on this chart recently have been quite far off where they ended up officially though, just last week they had Starstruck by Years & Years at the top and Rag'n'Bone Man & Pink for two weeks before that, despite neither of the two songs even reaching the top 30 in the official UK chart (so far at least).
