London based dark pop singer Circe has a new single out and it's sublime. I can't decide if this is better than Barely Breathing or not but she's getting better and better with each passing year. Whilst I miss the days of Circe being a full live band this is clearly superior work and hopefully she won't be a secret too much longer.
