Interesting count down of Take Thats top 20 songs in The Guardian from earlier this year with not all of the top 20 just singles, what you think of the choices and positions?

Here's a link for anyone who wants to see it: https://www.theguardian.com/music/2021/jan/...st-songs-ranked

Some of the choices are quite weird tbh, I don't agree with this list.

For one, The Flood should be higher biggrin.gif

Once you've tasted love and love love seem like odd choices really to include.

The Flood should be higher but I welcome Hold Up a Light making the list.

Mine is I'd Wait for Life but I've read that loads of TT fans don't like it. I've never understood why - I think the lyrics are gorgeous

It didn't even make that top 20 list.

As a song I like id wait for life but it was a really bad choice as a single.

I'd Wait For Life totally underperformed and it was a frustrating choice after 2 huge Number 1 singles when Beautiful World housed so many better songs.

Reach Out would have made a strong third single followed by Beautiful World as fourth.
Rule the World was perfect to launch the expanded version of the album.

Reach out is probably the most popular non single song on the beautiful world album.
