I've realised that when I watch a match, I literally only watch the match - I switch the TV on when it starts, turn it off for the half-time break and then off again once the match is done, avoiding all the various preamble/post-match commentary. What about you? Do you watch the entire show, parts of it or just the game itself? Discuss

As most of the half-time break on ITV is filled by commercials, I mute it immediately. I've generally not bothered with much of the post-match stuff.

On Wednesday I had watched the Scotland game Tuesday so didn’t want to dominate the tv for two nights in a row so recorded the game on my Sky Q and muted my watsapp groups. Then watched the France Portugal game at 10pm 😂
