The fourth quarter final sees England who beat Germany for the first time in a knockout stage since 1966 take on Ukraine who overcame Sweden to a last minute extra time in Rome.
England who are still boring and Ukraine the surprise package. Who wins this one? |

Can’t see anything but an England win, unless Ukraine play exceptional which I doubt as they aren’t the greatest side.

I feel as though I'm getting flashbacks to Iceland already! (although I was secretly supporting Iceland that game ) so let's see...

I have £15 at 7/1 on Ukraine to win in 90 minutes (and another £5 at 7/2 on them just to qualify). I do think England will probably win but the odds were too good to ignore.

England are playing a lot better than they were in 2016 though, you could see the signs of an early exit then, but here it would certainly be a bit of a shock. Ofc. anything can happen so I will refrain from any predictions as I have been this whole tournament!

There’s absolutely zero parallels to this and the Iceland game. Anyone with half a brain could see that result coming in 2016- we’d played fairly poorly and Hodgson favoured a sight seeing tour of Paris over watching Iceland play. The thing that goes against England here is that it’s in Rome, but suspect we will make 3-4 changes to freshen things up. Could see this going to extra time but not sure Ukraine win this in 90 minutes, highly unlikely IMO. Should also be remembered who they’ve beaten so far and how they’ve played.

Yeh they are a good side - people see Ukraine and think Shite but the qualifiers and nations league performances show they are on an up at the moment and are very together. They also drew against France in Paris in a friendly before the tournament!

3-1 England. I see them reaching the final by beating Denmark/Sweden in the semi but Italy/Belgium/Spain will be very tough.

I think England will win this match against Ukraine, there will be an England v Denmark semi final and Denmark will win that and reach the final.
