ROBIN SCHULZ AND ALLE FARBEN ARE OVER THE RAINBOW: Robin Schulz & Alle Farben remade a song 30 years old, the medley of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow / What A Wonderful World" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole, which was a cover of two songs "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" and "What A Wonderful World". And now, they have taken this remake of the medley to the top. And it's the first medley since "Working My Way Back To You / Forgive Me, Girl" by The Spinners in 1980 (40 years!) that reaches the top. And for the second time Israel Kamakawiwo'ole reaches the top posthumously, since "Over The Rainbow" reached the top 10 years ago.
THE SEASON OF THE SUMMER HITS HEATS UP: Maisie Peters & Becky Hill both reach new peaks with their current hit smashes "Psycho" (#3) and "Remember" (#5) respectively. But down below are 4 songs returning or entering the top 10: "Willkommen Zurück" by Clueso & Andreas Bourani (#7), "If You Really Love Me (How Will I Know) by David Guetta, MistaJam & John Newman (#8), "Solar Power" by Lorde (#9) and "MILLE" by Fedez, Achille Lauro & Orietta Berti (#10).
FIVE TOP 40 DEBUTS: The highest debut this week comes from former lead singer Jake Shears of the American band Scissor Sisters, who reached the top in 2006 with "I Don't Feel Like Dancin'", he enters the top 100 at #13 with "Do The Television". Other debuts come from Pop Smoke & Dua Lipa with "Demeanor" (#15), Mark Forster with "Musketiere" (#30), Nina Nesbitt with "Summer Fling" (#31) and finally, the return of Shakira with "Don't Wait Up" (#40).
