Jason is back with another happy trashy bop, roping in production from Punctual and Saltwives to bring us a euro-tinged track.

What is that sample though?

The chart performance of this is baffling.

This is quite good, good reference in the chorus to the Four Tops song which was previously the most famous song about Acapulco!

He should have sampled the chorus of the Four Tops song somewhere in the song though, that would have been iconic!

It does fairly well on Amazon (#32 there currently) compared to spotify/Apple Music. Although it has been finally climbing on Apple Music. Still not top 200 on spotify. It might reach a new peak this week!

I wouldn't say so. It has had strong support from Amazon and no support from Apple Music/Spotify. Hence it hanging around the bottom of the chart. Although it's finally doing something on Apple Music which should help.

I quite like this, so I do hope it'll start climbing to new peaks.
