A new NYT feature with Ms Clarkson confirms that a new Christmas album from her will be released this year! I mean, I adore 'Underneath The Tree' but I think all artists should be limited to just one Christmas album in their career.

Her first Christmas album is the best Christmas album imo. A STORMING selection of songs and some really brilliant originals! 'Winter Dreams (B*andon's Song)' is absolutely MAGICAL and exactly what a Christmas song should be

Is it a coincidence that the A Moment Like This singers, who were the first female winners of American Idol / X Factor, are both releasing another Christmas album this year, following their first Christmas albums that were released in 2013?

She's had some incredible one off Xmas singles since Wrapped in Red, so I have high hopes - but I'd much rather have a "normal" album :/
