Club Bizarre Volume 17! *.*
Welcome to the 17th edition of Club Bizarre. Following my success in the 70s and 80s contest (and the two people who finished above me being unavailable) I've dusted off the cobwebs to host a contest on BuzzJack for the first time in a few years. After discussion with the mods this time we will be going back to contest #6 where there will be no set theme, giving a greater choice and hopefully great variety of entries - if you've been waiting on a song for a while until it's correctly fitted a theme then now is the time to send it! As ever there are some rules: - please make sure your entry is a Dance song, something which would typically be discussed in this forum - don't send anything too well known. This contest is to showcase lesser known songs or artists. - don't send anything that has been sent to previous editions of Club Bizarre, BJSC or Unknown Pleasures. - the Dance forum moderators will check all entries to ensure they fit the above three rules, anything which doesn't will be vetoed and you'll be required to re-submit a different entry. - the contest is anonymous. Please don't reveal which song you have sent, this will be revealed during the results. - please confirm your entry using the below link - the deadline for confirmations is Tuesday 12th October at 23:59 BST. The contest will open once all entries have been checked and will remain open for a period of around 2 weeks. CONFIRM HERE List of entrants: Addy! Was thinking of sending my next BJSC entry for a moment but I recall that I wanted to send this entry too for BJSC but it's a lot more related to dance so why not go for it?

Sorry I couldn't host, September/October are always crazy for me and even more so now alongside moving house! </3 (Plus I couldn't possible top my classical theme last time x)
Will definitely enter though as I clearly have quite a lot of choice! |

Was definitely a surprise to see this popping up under RabbitFurCoat's name, completely forgot how well you did in the last one of these! Cool to have a new host anyhoo
 I have another BJSC potential from a couple of months ago that I think would fit reasonably well for a Club Bizarre (the lack of theme helping with that ofc x) so I'm gonna confirm that for now in the likely case that I don't stumble across anything I want to send more - I found it around the same time as the song I sent to Unknown Pleasures, I wonder which results we will get first

Cool to have a new host anyhoo Oh it was quite fortunate, nowhere near the top 2 but happy to host - always used to enjoy it 6 entries in the first 24 hours, got a couple of potentials myself - was unsure whether one would really class as 'dance' but did then notice as I was listening on Spotify the act on a compilation with the title of a previous CB theme! |
