Yes! Mosquetania has graciously accepted our fellow Vinorelians' invitation to co-host this edition of BJSC! Looking forward to bringing this forum together with the help of music for the 141st time. As a direct continuation of the longest (but most exciting) flights of our lives, we've decided a Holiday theme is only fitting - especially given Lookylion's winning song title.
We plan to open confirmations on Saturday, January 8th so you have a few days to think about what kind of energy you want to bring with you on this Holiday! |

I've already been tossing between 7 tracks for the past month lmao. Have decided on mine though finally yesterday. Looking forward to fresh new discoveries *.*

I thought I had a good song for this but listening back it's sounding a bit clunkier than I remember! Going through the catalogue of the artist now and I've found a song which could be a bit risky but I really like it so it could potentially suit some on Buzzjack...

Per my post in the 140 results thread I think I know what I'm going with for this, kicking off the year with another song that I think sounds like it could have been a UK hit in the early to mid 2010s (and therefore once again not exactly sounding like a Persephonia entry which makes 3 such entries in a row, I'm sure I'll fall into something more stereotypical of me pretty soon - I do have another potential that's a bit more on brand but I think I might send it to Nuggets if we do get a new one of those any time soon). Serving an addictive breezy future garage (I think) bop ~ found it a while ago and spammed it a lot back then, then didn't listen to it at all for like a month, but am back to spamming it again the past couple of days and still into it!
Although despite having a pretty mainstream sound I think it will actually be a new record for the lowest stream / view count of any of my entries to date so can be reasonably confident this one should be new to everyone! I have something ready. I'm not sure what genre it is but I see the main artist is described as 'darksynth' on wiki so that will do. This particular song is a collaboration with someone else.
