This was released last December and fell under the radar and seemingly this year it's been taking off... her highest charting US Billboard track thus far! Her album is out this week 'Versions of Me', which is meant to be her English debut and in some weird turn of events, a 4 month Spanish song is the one taking off... |

i think 'will i see you' is quite the exception for her discography tbh... 'envolver' seems much more in tune with her other music.

Her album apparently is going to have songs in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
This is the video of her most recent English single. Miley Cyrus sang with Anitta during one of her shows in Brazil last month. |

there must be plans for a UK takeover as it's literally the only country this song isn't successful in? It's even got to 22 in Ireland?

It's a solo Latin song, the chances of it ever crossing over to the UK without a remix are very slim.
(Also that's not true at all, there are plenty of other countries it hasn't charted in at all, it's had a little more crossover to Europe than most Latin hits sure but it's only really been huge in Latin America and Portugal). |

Its success in Ireland, whatever prompted it, has been very short-lived - it entered at #22 two weeks ago but dropped to #61 last week and it's already out of the top 200 on Irish Spotify after peaking at #15 on 25th March.
