 Hello and welcome to the 21st edition of Club Bizarre! I'm back in the hosting chair thanks to my Queen of Darkness status, after scooping the latest title with 'I Thought You Were Real' by L Ʌ V Σ N. This isn't your average 21st birthday knees up, oh no. Instead we're slowing things right down for these cosy Autumn nights, two years after the first Chill Out edition. I did consider other themes more stereotypical of my taste, but they felt a bit samey coming right after a Dark themed contest. I did consider trip-hop too and have ultimately stuck to that idea but on a more accessible scale. So, please scour all sources for the most relaxing pieces! This can be the aforementioned trip-hop or other avenues like ambient, downtempo, nu-jazz, chillwave, classical dance... essentially, you can't really go wrong with any kind of slow tempo dance music. No oons oons oons techno stompers please! We're keeping things chilled out. If you're still unsure whether something is appropriate then feel free to send it in anyway, the mods are here to help. Rules - Make sure that your entry falls under the Dance genre - essentially something that would be appropriate to post in this area of the forum. - The aim of this contest is showcasing lesser-known music so keep that in mind, e.g. no big chart hits or cult classics. Lesser known songs by bigger artists may be okay. - Please avoid anything that has already been sent to previous editions of BJSC, Club Bizarre or Unknown Pleasures. - If any of these rules aren't adhered to then the Dance forum moderators (awardinary, Dan and lewistgreen) may veto your entry, in which case you will have to submit a new song. - This is an anonymous contest so please do not reveal what you have sent - the unmasking occurs during the results show.  I don't immediately have an entry to mind but I actually happened to come across a Reddit thread the other night that's relevant to this theme so that's some possible entry inspiration conveniently landing in my lap right on time!:'( at being reminded of how badly Seb Wildblood did in the first chillout Club Bizarre - that was a 12 for me and a great artist discovery who I've enjoyed plenty of songs from since! My own previous chillout entry (Massane) did pretty well so hopefully I can find something as suitable as that again, would also be nice to do a bit better than the last time Jade hosted (poor brave Devault finishing in a criminally low 15th).
