So on 16th June, three classic pop albums from 2003 will be re-released to mark their 20th anniversaries.

Girls Aloud will re-release their debut album Sound of the Underground on a expanded 3CD set, green vinyl and picture disc.

Dannii Minogue will also reissue a special picture disc and expanded CD sets for her bestselling solo album Neon Nights.

And All Saints members Nicole and Natalie Appleton will release their album Everything's Eventual that they released under the name Appleton on white and purple coloured vinyls for the first time.

I'll definitely be getting all of them, but which ones will you be getting - and which reissue do you think will rechart the highest?

Girls Aloud will be highest, it's been something that fans have been waiting for forever and they probably have the biggest fanbase.

I'll be getting Girls Aloud's vinyl for sure and I think I might get Dannii's album on vinyl too, although I'm going to opt for the one she released for the 15th anniversary instead.

Have already pre-ordered the 4 Dannii formats but not expecting wonders on the charts for her.

Girls Aloud will chart the highest.

Girls Aloud will obviously do the best, as they're the bigger act and the album was much bigger than the other two.

I've pre-ordered the Dannii boxset, as Neon Nights is honestly one of my favourite albums and I couldn't not. I might plump for GA, I need to see as I have two holidays to book before the summer laugh.gif

Won't be buying any of them although they're all good albums (even the Appleton one!)
Shame you can't vote in the second question without voting in the first one (would probably have been prudent to add a 'None' option in the first poll) but I think it's pretty obvious Girls Aloud will chart the highest.

Fixed the poll as I unsurprisingly won't be buying any of these

would surprise me if Dannii and Appleton even charted, Girls Aloud I guess have enough fans to make a splash

Dannii charted with her 15th anniversary releases of this album, so I wouldn’t rule her out for charting again! Particularly as she has multiple formats - CD box, CD/DVD, vinyl, cassette.

I’d assume Girls Aloud will do the best purely for being the biggest of the acts, though I’m not really sure what to expect for a chart position though. If it could manage Top 40 I’d be quite happy!

Dannii did in 2018 for the 15th anniversary reissue!

This and it was a much lower key release with most sales pushed through BandCamp (I think?), The fact the signed CD Boxset that was limited to 1,000 sold out I’d be surprised if she missed the Top 100.

I'm still unsure about ordering any of the Dannii items because I have to admit I'm happy and satisified with the original 2003 CD and the 2018 double vinyl being in my collection.

I ordered all three Girls Aloud formats! I have to say I'm surprised they haven't got a cassette format, to pick up some more casual sales from the stans.

I haven't actually heard Appleton's album even though I eventually got the CD, I need to get around to giving that a go!

^^ Cassettes would be an easy sell for them, I mean they could have really rinsed it and had individual band member sleeves like Steps etc.,

I guess they don’t want to over do it as Fascination posted today that the release was the first in the series of re-issues so they don’t want to fatigue the fans with 20 formats on the first one.

That's a good point, I can see their logic for that - although I would definitely have snapped up more formats kink.gif

I'll buy Girls Aloud, probably the CD version. Undecided about Dannii, I bought the previous reissue of that album.

Depending on price I’m tempted to get Girls Aloud purely because they use the original artwork whats so camp it’s always held a place in my heart.

I do wonder chart position wise where it could return too? Hopefully it can return to the top 40 just for a week. There’s a lot of hype on my Twitter for the Girls Aloud one but that may just be based off who I follow but I definitely think Girls Aloud will attract most interest.

And they are all out cheer.gif Retro pop at its best.

GA will be leading the pack but hope they all do well.

They’ve just released a £4.99 store exclusive download for Dannii so I’m pleased they are giving it a push - also surprised to see it in the iTunes Top 20, even with low sales wasn’t expecting it to appear on there.
