It's back to back Spanish-language #1 thanks to Vicco's Benidorm Fest reject re-entering at the top spot! She's the first artist to do so since Dua Lipa about 2 years ago with That Kind Of Woman. I've been trawling through every second of this song over the last few weeks and going full-on literary analysis for my year abroad essay (alongside EAEA and Quiero Arder), so it makes sense to give it a slightly less rubbish peak than #37. Also objectively quite funny how it's become an unavoidable megahit in Spain (I think it's like #5 in the charts rn) while Spain's actual Eurovision entry has never even charted Anyway elsewhere MUNA are up to #3, and it's just generally a good week to be a Spanish popstar because Aitana re-enters at #5 and there's a further Vicco song at #13. Also new is Mermaids at #8, Florence + The Machine's first top ten hit. Other new entries come from ieuan, Arlo Parks, Christine and the Queens, and more!
