Finally added Discotek to my S Club complete playlist just three S Club songs missing from streaming now! (and we're almost definitely getting Special Kind of Something in a couple of weeks)
So cool to have Alive (Rachel's Version), she sounds great on it, brings something different to Jo because she has a different tone. |

I really like Alive (Rachel's Version) and Discotek is top tier b-side! Getting Special Kind of Something in a few weeks will be great, but what are the other two we'll be missing? |

Dancing Queen (from the ABBAmania compilation) and Anytime, Anywhere (released as a b-side to S Club Juniors' Automatic High), so I can imagine we won't be getting those any time soon.

Enjoying the parallel universe where a Rachel lead fronted an era. She did a fine job filling for Jo on this, although it's not my favourite song of theirs ultimately.
It's a fine enough melody and chorus but the production has always felt like a lesser Don't Stop Movin' to me, although the brilliant tour remix last year definitely corrected that. I do see why the Alive mix wouldn't have fit on this EP, as it has 20 years on all of these other mixes, but I would like to see them release an EP at the end with all the tour remixes. |

Rachel’s voice just isn’t strong enough for Jos parts in Alive. It all sounds very thin and flat.
