I've got another chart up a mere 5 days after the last one (it was almost 4 days but I was a little too sleepy to finish it off yesterday), catching up
![]() Wake up everyone the Bré charts are back ![]() (I spy three of my #1s here in Ariana, The Blinders and Everything Everything amongst many other good'uns sooo taste ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey bre, great to see you in the pc forum again. If you fancy doing albums as well, that would be fantastic ![]() I don't recall seeing your chart last week, but cold reactor straight in at #1 and then still top 5 this week is fantastic. It's a bop! The mad stone is fantastic as well. I think they have another new song out today/yesterday? Yes, and? Is superb. Great reference point from vogue I think. The video is stunning. Have a great week! I hadn't really thought about doing an album chart but I might consider doing a monthly one starting from next week ![]() ![]() There was no way I couldn't give 'Cold Reactor' a #1 peak as it's easily my favourite song of the past few months but it is going to have a worse looking chart run than it deserves because I was partly just making up for it not getting to have a long run in my chart last year due to not doing charts ![]() Great to see you bring back your chart Bré! 'redrum' is probably now my favourite track from 'American Dream', It gives me slight 'Runnin' vibes from 'Savage Mode II' (which is always going to be a good thing). I really like 'Coal' as well, I can see it maybe entering my chart soon-ish. I still haven't listened to the full album yet but I think I've heard 6 or 7 songs from Kali Uchis' new record and they all sound great. 'Te Mata' is probably my 2nd fav track behind 'Igual Que Un Angel' (It does sound quite generic but I still love it ![]() Ooh yes 'Runnin' was one of my faves from 'SAVAGE MODE II' so a good comparison there! I have listened to 'Igual Que Un Ángel' again and it's grown on me a little, never going to be a big fave for me I think but happy it's giving her a big hit, was good to see 'Te Mata' pop up in your chart too! 'Right Hand' is still my fave from the Unknown T album too but didn't chart it as I was into it on its original release so treating it as a recurrent, some good bangers on the album though (although lots of different sounds explored and not all of them work too well, he's at his best sticking to drill for the most part methinks). 'Big Bank' still not quite going top 40 yet but sticking around for another week bubbling under at least, we'll see next week x yay for Adrianne Lenker x2 making it here, a great discovery for me this year. 'redrum' is a great chart topper here too, perhaps 21 Savage's best effort in years. 'leavemealone', 'yes, and?', 'I remember everything' and 'surround sound' are the other snaps here for my chart Definitely agreed 'redrum' is 21's best song for a while if not ever (as lead artist), the rest of the album didn't quite live up to 'SAVAGE MODE II' for me though so glad this is the one that's blown up. ![]() Very welcome debuts here for NewDad (especially 'Nightmares'), Allie X, Ariana, Etta Marcus and (from the one listen I've just had) Spacey Jane. 'redrum' is growing on me, good to see that at #1, and a strong showing for some of my BJSC faves in your own entry and Adrianne Lenker whose other song sounds nice too! Will be checking out the NewDad album this week, I'd only been vaguely aware of them until last week but 'Nightmares' was an instant highlight when catching up with Radio 1 playlist additions (although 'White Ribbons' has actually grown on me more now!) The Etta Marcus song gives me strong Wolf Alice vibes *.* and cool that you're enjoying the Spacey Jane song too, has also been quite the grower for me (funnily enough 2 weeks in a row the #50 has climbed into the top 40 the following week... not doing that on purpose, just a coincidence x). Thanks Sergej and uhsting for the comments last week as well ![]() |

Hello sir!
An so begins the plummeting of Cold Reactor. I was warned lol. It very nearly reached #1 for this week for me but it was popped by two equally good songs. ![]() |

Hi Bré!
Shame to see that 'redrum' has already vacated the top 2 but 'Coal' is a very worthy successor for the #1 position (quite surprised that It hasn't charted in my chart yet...). I gave that Sleater-Kinney track a listen earlier in the week and as expected it is a banger! '¿Cómo Así?' is also another great track from Kali's new album which I keep loving more and more every time I listen to it. I obviously have to cheer for 'One Night/All Night' making your chart since it just hit #1 on my chart ![]() |
