I hope we'll be seeing more obscure songs from these artists as opposed to bigger hits :heehee:

BREAKING NEWS:

It seems that Will Young and Scissor Sisters frontman, Jake Shears have been getting up to no good in rehearsals and, thus, have decided to withdraw from the contest in order to take a holiday together. Vulcanian officials have so far given no comment on the situation.

Furthermore, superstar Pink has also had to withdraw for the competition due to poor health and has gone for a neighbouring country for treatment. However, viewers of BuzzJack World News 24 have insisted that the singer seems to be appearing in two other National Finals in other countries. Once again officials were not immediately available for comment.

So far there are three possible contenders left in Vulcania's National Finals:

Anastacia

Justin Timberlake

Pussycat Dolls.

After 8 years of war between Northern and Southern Vulcania, the country is finally at peace and ready to re-participate in BJSCX. :D

President Van der Kamp is said to be very excited at the prospect of Vulcania's return to the contest, having been a fan for many years.

Officials have confirmed that Kerry Ellis will be Vulcania's entry with her song Defying Gravity:

Ok people I need your help!! I've chosen the song that I want but I really cannot decide which version of it I like more!

This first version is the original version sang by Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth:

The second version is sung by British singer, Kerry Ellis who has made it more rocky:

So far James is the only person to give me his opinion though I know James is into heavier music so he may be slightly biased :P Can other people have a listen and see what they think please and thank you! :D

Thanks for helping Vulcania come 9th in BJSC X :D Now it's time to make the important decision regarding BJSC XI.

So far I've reserved Craig David, Rob Thomas and OneRepublic. To be honest I'm pretty sure it's going to be a OneRepublic track but here is the Craig David track:

Fast Cars - Craig David

Lonely No More - Rob Thomas

Not really sure about either of those two. Lonely No More was released in the UK a few years back so not sure how people feel about that; Fast Cars is an album track from Craig's 2nd album, Slicker Than Your Average.

Next we have my real dilemma. If I pick OneRepublic then I literally don't know which to choose :drama: I have two unreleased songs:

All Fall Down - OneRepublic

Come Home - OneRepublic

And I have two released songs, neither of which made any impact on the chart and so hopefully won't be seen as 'cheap'. The first is their upcoming single, Mercy.

Mercy - OneRepublic

The second is their previous single: Say (All I Need) which is one of my favourite songs of all time:

Say (All I Need) - OneRepublic

My instinct is to go with Say because I love it so much, but I would really value other people's opinions and would appreciate the help! Cheers :magic:

Tori Amos Makes History In Vulcania

Herzebanian singer for the 11th Buzzjack Song Contest Tori Amos, has once again made history for Herzebania by becoming the first BJSC act to touch down in Vulcania for a promotional concert.

Her free concert in capital city Hephaeston was well attended not only by Vulcanians, but by Herzebanians stopping off on their way to Mdice for the Contest week.

Tori Amos - Silent All These Years (live in Vulcania)

Tori will arrive tomorrow in Ojnoj where she will perform a special charity concert with last year's Herzebanian entrant Gigi D'Alessio, who never got to perform there last month. Then she will travel to Mdice for a final concert in the host country's capital the night before the semi-final.
