Time 6:45, a bit of a time change today

I'm looking forward to this episode, this looks good.

And for 5 points, just for fun

What is the link between Peter Davison and Georgina Moffat.

That was simply the best episode of the series for me 10/10 top marks, I love the plot, and the new aliens, the episode worked very well and piece everything together. I knew towards the end Jenny would somehow resurrect. This episode could even produce another spin off series in my opinion I think it might work, or we see Jenny in future Dr. Who stories.

I really can't stand Catherine Tate no more, she makes the series a bit comedic.

I thought it was quite an enjoyable episode. There was a point about a quarter of the way through the episode where I considered turning it off though, but it picked itself back up again.

I think they had to kill his daughter off, as her going with the Doctor would have put a different light on the show for the time being. But her getting a revival in the end certainly means something. There's no way they'd revive her if they didn't have a specific reason... I loved the Catherine Tate reference to her staying with The Doctor forever too. heehee.gif Looks like she might be going out a different way than the other two companions have.

I quite liked this episode - although not a huge amount.

I am also warming to Catherine Tate more and more - I think she is great now tongue.gif The aliens were a bit rubbish though - just there for the sake of it. Even Joe Dempisie wasn't used as much as he could have been.

Jenny was ace though - I do hope shes back in future episodes.

7/10.

a good episode, and it's so obvious Jenny is going to come back in Doctor Who (no way they'll do another spin off with Torchwood, SJ Adventures and isn't there going to be a K-9 animation thing).

Maybe she'll be the next companion in the TARDIS after the specials kink.gif

Dr Who was back on form tonight.

An all round superb piece of acting by all concerned tonight. Even Catherine Tate did not get on my nerves tonight, probably as her character's role was fairly serious tonight. But what she said at the end about traveling with the Doctor forever makes me wonder if there is a surprise ending awaiting her character. Georgina Moffat was excellent as Jenny too. I even liked the half fish/half human aliens. A good moral message, even if the plot was slightly lacking, it was still well executed.

Again it does not seem to be a coincidence, but I greatly prefer the non earth episodes.

8/10

I really liked it, though I had to watch it whilst cooking my tea which was a pain :\ Loved Jenny, and it was obvious she'd die, but I'm looking forward to her coming back at some point (as she surely will). Who's the actress who plays her? I recognise her from somewhere.

Also still really like Catherine, it'll be interesting to see how she departs since she said she had no intention of leaving ohmy.gif I thought Martha's role was a bit pointless though, she was there just for the sake of being there I think.

8/10

Btw, the aliens were RIDICULOUS with the stupid green bubble thing laugh.gif

A quick google suggests she might be in Skins? But I don't watch it, so I don't actually know...

I really enjoyed the episode, thought Catherine was pretty good, loved Georgina as Jenny (can't wait to get her back!), but can't say I was as distraught as Martha when fish-thing died.

8 or 9/10 methinks.

AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some Catherine Tate appreciation, tfft!!!!

I can't say as i enjoyed the episode that much, I found it only really picked up momentum towards the end but it was a well acted episode.
CT was great in this episode, probably her best episode so far, Martha and the fish thing dying was horrible, it actually made me feel so sad, that and DT was good too, I definetly see Jenny returning at some point in the future, theres no way theyd not do that!!

Other than that, I felt there was a lack of a plot and I felt like turning of the tv at some points but overall it was a very good episode, I will need to watch it again but i think it will grow on me!!

As for Donna saying about travelling with the Doctor forever, I just know this is a bad omen, Rose said it and look what happened to her, however, I don't think the character will be killed off but im so excited about the finale I just want to know whats going to happen now haha, looking forwrad to next week though with Felicity Kendal, I just hope her character doesnt get killed or ill deduct marks

Episode 6: 7.5/10

I don't know how they'd manage that though, as they're 2 seperate people at the moment. Would love to see her dive in at the finale and save everyone making Rose and co look amateurish lol.

9.5/10 best yet, almost getting a 10/10 from me.

would have loved to see Jenny become the new assistant

Catherine Tate is still really annoying me, really hope she isn't back after this series.
