... the convicted paedo who abducted a 3 year old girl and abused her....
(seriously) what should be done with him?.. ok i know this revolting acts sickens most decent folk to the bone, and many of us would willingly kill the bstrd. but what should be done with people who are afflicted with such inherant evil? can they be cured? of is the only answer the death penalty? |

I think they should lock them up and throw away the key, or put them all on a desert island with a maximum security fence round it.

I'm sorry let me get this straight, he was is prison before for sexually assaulting a 6 year old then when he gets released he does the same to a 3 year old? He should NOT have been let out the first time, now he's done it again he gets 5 years? How is that justice? When he gets out he will do the same to another child, it can NOT happen again...
I'm all for getting rid of them, they are scum, they can NOT do this to children or anyone, the victim will remember this but he'll look back on it and think nothing of it, we should not have to pay to keep him alive in prison, I say get rid..it's one less peado in the world.. When you look at it tho let them out.. let all prisoners out, let them walk the streets, killing people, raping children, adults...oh wait they are running free due to stupid judges who only give 3 years if you kill someone, and in his case 5 for him raping a 3 year old...it's a joke.. |

I think part of the problem is the Government, they won't build new prisons because it will appear to the masses that crime is getting worse, so they are indirectly telling judges to be lenient so as too allieviate overcrowding, But in public they are saying we are tough on crime and they shake their heads at the judges, when they pass soft sentences.
Talk about 2 faced bast*rds. |

I saw a news report where they responded to this by publishing photos and names of particular judges who have given out similarly lenient sentences.
DAMN right I say. Name and shame them. |
