I didn't. I was quite far off on some of them. I'm doubting the accuracy of these results. It's not a very good points system to be honest. Not to take away from your victory, congratulations and everything, but I'm sure as a mathmetician you can see the potential unreliability of the scoring. |

I don't see any problem with the scoring system tbh In theory somebody could predict the entire top 10 correctly in the wrong order and not get a single point. Similarly somebody could predict 3 songs correctly and the other 7 could end up at the bottom and they'd still get loads of points. |

Maybe:
5 points for each correct position, 4 points for being one position off, 3 points for being two off, 2 points for being three off, 1 point guessing a song in the top ten but more than three places off would be fairer? |

What an awful scoring system |

Still, if you'd predict Top 3 absolutely right but the other 7 would get you 0 points (15 pts) and the other person would have got Top 10 in a completely random order (10 pts) - wouldn't it be right? Actually when typing this post i started to get tangled of whether it's right or wrong to have the first person winning |

It would be better yes. The one that I used was that the song you predicted in 1st place would get the number of points it scored x10, the song you predicted in 2nd place would get the number of points it scored x9 etc. It is the most accurate way but it would be quite difficult to figure out scoring for bonus questions to fit in with that. |
