Katy is never going to be A-listed, it'd be better to push that than continue to flog some old stuff on the A-list. Nice that they've added Blame straight to the B list, let's hope it's decent, it sounds pretty promising from the clips. Great climbs for Alt J, Jessie J, Shift Key and Jungle which has just clicked and is great now, could even be better than Time. All great additions too part from Gorgon City which I'm not that fussed about. Especially Jessie Ware and Ella Eyre which are lovely.

The Gorgon City track is one of my favourites of the year so far. So good. Been listening to it for weeks now and still not bored of it.

Ella Eyre, Gorgon City, Jessie Ware, Labrinth, The Magician, Redlight for me this week
to that awful Meghan Trainor track, has to be worst of the year for me. I am really excited to hear Calvin Harris ft John Newman. I also want to hear Hudson Mohawke as well. |

Every addition pretty much as expected this week. Calvin straight to B-list was a little unexpected though!
I wonder how many weeks they're gonna keep the Ed Sheeran song on the playlist... This post has been edited by Mango: 3rd September 2014, 07:16 PM |

I swear every one of her singles has been on the A-list? Usually for at least two weeks too? Even the floppy ones. Yeah, certainly every single since 'Part Of Me' which is when I started tracking the playlist. Anyway 'Dark Horse' spent three weeks on the B-list before being A-listed so there's still hope yet for this one. Plus it's still climbing on iTunes. |

Ohgod, Calvin & John are in B-list... Just don't know how I should feel about it. On the one hand, "wooohooo it's Calvin and it will be another astonishing banger", but... erhm, anyway, first I need to listen it at least once.
Glad to see Gorgons, Magician, Redlight and Meghan playlisted. And - ok, Jessie too. IMO, Grimes deserved more, as well as MNEK. |

Can't believe they've added Calvin already, someone at Radio 1 has woken up it seems
Great to see The Magician on there, I think this could be a potential number one. Shame Sigma are still B list but 5SOS go up to A list, hopefully Changing will climb next week before its release |
