Biography
Adam Mitchel Lambert (born January 29, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter, and stage actor. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana and raised in San Diego, California, he performed in amateur theatrical productions as a child, a path he pursued into adulthood, appearing in professional productions in the U.S. and abroad. In 2009, Lambert came to prominence when he became the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol. After signing with 19 Entertainment in a joint venture with RCA Records, he released his debut studio album For Your Entertainment in 2009; it debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200 with 198,000 copies in first-week sales, and reached the top 10 in several countries. Its singles "For Your Entertainment", "Whataya Want from Me" and "If I Had You" also became international successes. Soon after the album release, he headlined a worldwide concert tour, Glam Nation, the first American Idol contestant to do so in the year following his Idol season. The tour was followed by two live releases: an extended play entitled Acoustic Live! (2010), and a live CD and DVD Glam Nation Live (2011), which debuted at number one on the SoundScan Music Video chart. Lambert took executive producer credit and was a principal writer on his second studio album, Trespassing, released in May 2012, to positive reviews. Trespassing made its debut in the number one spot on the Billboard 200 album chart, also topping the Billboard Digital Albums Chart and Canada's Digital Albums Chart. Lambert made music history as the first openly gay artist to achieve this top charting position.

Citing influence from various artists and genres, Lambert has a flamboyant, theatrical and androgynous performance style, and a powerful, technically skilled tenor voice with multi-octave range. His showmanship and commanding presence in live shows have also become part of his signature. He has received numerous awards and nominations, including a Grammy Award nomination for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance in 2011 and an Honorary GLAAD Media Award in 2013. By April 2012 his first album had sold nearly two million copies worldwide and 4.2 million singles worldwide as of January 2011. The Times identified Lambert as the first openly gay mainstream pop artist to launch a career on a major label in the U.S.

Biography
Robin Schulz (born 28 April 1987) is a German electronic DJ and producer with mostly deep house productions. On February 4, 2014, he released the first single from his debut album, a remix of "Waves" by Dutch hip hop artist Mr Probz. This remix later received a nomination for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. His follow-up single, released June 6, 2014, was a remix of the Lilly Wood and the Prick track "Prayer in C" from their 2010 album Invincible Friends. Biography
Born in 1977, Dan Stein, aka DJ Fresh, is one of the most influential figures on the U.K. drum'n'bass scene. Influenced by tapes brought back from illegal raves by older friends, he bought his first turntables in his teens, and while at university, started playing late-night sets on local pirate radio stations. In 1999, as part of the drum'n'bass collective Bad Company, he founded record label BC Recordings and the scene's most popular website, Dogs on Acid. After leaving to pursue a solo career, he remixed tracks for Pet Shop Boys, DJ Shadow, and Apollo 440, and founded the Breakbeat Punk label, which later merged with Adam F's Kaos Recordings to become Breakbeat Kaos. In 2006, he released his debut album, Escape from Planet Monday, and four years later, follow-up Kryptonite produced his first hit single, "Gold Dust," which reached number 24. Building on the commercial success that Kryptonite brought, DJ Fresh released the single Louder, the track - used in a Lucozade advertising campaign - became the first dubstep single to reach the top of the UK singles chart. 2012 saw the release of Fresh’s third studio album, Nextlevelism, which featured collaborations with Rita Ora, Dizzee Rascal and Juliette Lewis. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes

Failed to make the top 40?

Adam Lambert
Ghost Town
The Original High | 2015

This track is fantastic imo. It would deserve chart success, but it looks like it won't have it sad.gif

Maybe there is a slim chance next week to chart, because the album is out tomorrow?

Was R&J's Unchained Melody the first Simon Cowell-related #1?
