Can't actually wait for this, found myself laughing quite a lot at the trailer! Shame it's another year before it comes out. |

Ooh, that looks amazing, slight Toy Story-esque vibes which can only be a good thing!

This looks like a brilliant and cute satire for pet owners. I feel the Toy Story vibes too! |

This was absolutely fabulous, easily one of my favourites of the year The characters were adorable, especially Max and Gidget, the movie was fun, hilarious and enjoyable and the plot was also great. A very big highlight of the year so far and a triumphant movie that I strongly recommend!

I kinda felt like it was a budget Zootropolis . It was still good, but the plot felt kind of random at points and it wasn't as funny/warming as Zootropolis.

Yeah I agree, that so soon after the incredible Zootropolis, it's not that interesting. The characters are cute, but Zootropolis had so much more to say, so appealed on more levels. Decent, fun 3/5 romp though.

The cute factor lifted it for me, overall I think I was wanting to like it a bit more and I'm not sure how funny it really was. Definitely nowhere near as good as Zootropolis if we compare and what on earth was that scene in the sausage factory
Chloe was fabulous though (as to be expected, being a cat) |

I haven't seen Zootropolis which probably helped going from this thread but anyway on the whole i enjoyed it! The plot was a a bit too farfetched in places even for the fictional world but the cuteness of it all won me over. Chloe is indeed amazing

I loved the trailers and marketing for this movie but once I realised it needed an actual plot I was a bit worried that it the rest wouldn't be nearly as good. I guess that did turn out true really but the middle was still enjoyable and there were some nice jokes too (I particularly loved the sea monkey gag ). It's kind of a shame that the start ended up just feeling like watching the trailer for the 50th time but it was a piece of marketing genius to use that so I understand why. Gidget and Chloe were my two faves, both fabulous and the cute factor in this movie was pretty massive aww
