 Hello and welcome to the Exhibitién Arena in Flynt, capital city of six-time BJSC hosting country Aeroche for the official Noughties edition of the previously successful BJSC Dance Anthems spin-off series. Dance is a genre VERY close to the nation of Aeroche, and has become a signature sound for us as we pride ourselves on sending the best in alternative dance and is a proud member of the BJSC #DanceBloc. The contest is open to ALL participating BJSC countries past and present and is limitless, so depending on the turnout we will be able to see either the need for Semi-Finals or a OBF format [this is tbc and will be discussed with the BJSC Moderating Team]. It's probably gonna be a OBF but if it looks bigger we will adjust. HOUSE RULES _The song must've been released between 01 January 2000 [00:00 GMT] and 31 December 2009 [23:59 GMT]. _You must not send anything that has been previously sent to any contest in BJSC or to Eurovision whatsoever. _Songs are first-come-first-serve obviously so get your first choice in quick. PREPARE A BACKUP TOO. _Cover versions and originals of cover versions are a tricky issue so that'll be at the discretion of the mods. _Anything that I and the mods feel doesn't fit the spirit of the contest will be discarded. It is a DANCE Anthems contest so please submit accordingly. _Please don't submit anything too cheap - this is a veto framework-less contest but anything too well-known / against the spirit of BJSC cheapness will be discarded too. _The latter two rules are at the disrection of me and the mods - there's a MILLION anthemic dance songs from 00-09 so you have plenty to choose from! SUBMISSION GUIDELINES _Please submit Artist and Song Title, as well as the Country representing the track. _I would also like an audio or video link [Youtube / SoundCloud / Vimeo preferred], as well as an MP3. Both are compulsory, or else I will have to hunt down things on my own and I will honestly just link the Chicken Song instead. _Submit your Country Flag as well because I might do something with them, I haven't decided yet. You have until Saturday, June 27 at 23:59 GMT to submit by PM to MYSELF. I will be accepting no more after that day unless I'm feeling kind because I do like to prep in advance. My entry is a 2007 album track from one of the artists who were entered to the 90s dance spinoff (I normally don't recycle artists but I relax that self-restriction for the spinoffs) ~ Will be interesting to see if any other artists from the 90s one crop up again here.
