British singer/songwriter David Rhodes, known simply as RHODES, released his debut album Wishes on Friday following singles including Breathe and Close Your Eyes, plus Let It All Go, the duet with Birdy.

Tracklist:

1. Intro
2. Close Your Eyes
3. Raise Your Love
4. You & I
5. Breathe
6. Somebody
7. Turning Back Around
8. Your Soul
9. Losing It
10. Let It All Go (RHODES + Birdy)
11. Better
12. Wishes

Deluxe
13. Glow
14. Worry
15. Run
16. Blank Space (Live)
17. Morning
18. Love Live On

I gave this a listen earlier after really liking Let It All Go and I was pretty surprised by how good it was wub.gif Close Your Eyes is by far and away my favourite, an absolutely STUNNING track and it's such a shame it never really went anywhere when released as a single a few months ago.

I've really liked 'Let It All Go' for a while, but Joseph introduced me to 'Close Your Eyes' this evening and that is fantastic too. I may check this out on Spotify some time!

Yasss you must wub.gif Both are quite good indicators of the album I think. It kinda starts to drag if you listen to the deluxe but the standard is just right imo!

(oddly enough I bought the standard on CD as it was all HMV stocked, it has 12 tracks on the back cover, but I put the disc in to find it's the full deluxe laugh.gif not complaining)

I just listened to the album and it's great - Though 'Your Soul' is still the best he's done for me. So haunting.

What a beautiful album wub.gif Not one song on there that is sub-par (the normal edition that is).

'Your Soul' is still heavenly too <3
