Out next weekend (probably not a wide release), has the look of a Nicholas Sparks movie from the trailer. I like Amanda Seyfried so might give it a go if I can squeeze it in.

This wasn't that bad at all, was wondering why Seyfried and Crowe didn't share a second of screentime but it made sense in the end, I was probably a bit slow getting it with all the signs but I thought the twist was really tragic. Both child actors were fantastic too, wish there was more scenes between Seyfried and Wallis actually, those scenes were the highlights I thought.

Russell Crowe gave a good performance, I found his seizure scenes slightly uncomfortable, not a particular fan of his. Didn't realise until the credits that it was Quvenzhané Wallis, I got that vibe whilst thinking it wasn't actually her, very different from the big hair in Annie and the demeanor of her character! Thought the aunt and uncle were right awful.

A decent watch, thought it could end up being a load of rubbish but I enjoyed it.

And for some reason the cinema I went to had it on in their biggest (or 2nd biggest) screen :') There were about five of us at my midday showing.
