Ah yes! I've read the rumours about Nina for months now, just never believing they could become possible as Croatia didn't seem to plan on returning any time soon.
So if Nina does now get chosen, she'd be a fantastic choice - her latest single definitely shows she could come up with something very high quality! |

Barring any contractual issues turning up in the next week, it is expected that Nina Kraljić will soon be announced as the Croatian representative who has said that Eurovision is "her biggest dream". It is also possible that Nina will perform her entry for the first time on The Voice of Croatia on February 27th.

I had high hopes for Nina and I haven't been let down! She has a womderful unique tone to her voice and the song builds fantastically. It's a bit like Ellie Goulding does a slightly ethno-pop version of Only Teardrops. Croatia's odds already being slashed to 14/1, it's not a winner but I think it could get through in that very tough semi 1!

Should be an easy qualifier for them then, it would be lovely to see them qualify again finally if that's the case. I quite like the tone in her voice although it's making me think Zara Larsson more, either way, very good way to come back. If I had a criticism it would be that I feel the song could pick up just a little more.

I'm happy she is representing my country, this is a good comeback. The production of the song is great. The only small issue that I have with it is that the melody reminds me more of something Irish, rather than Croatian.

Just Bulgaria and Italy left to be uploaded to Eurovision.tv, hopefully Italy's comes today as we know Bulgaria's is! |
