Only just got round to watching this last night - it was on BBC Two a few weeks ago, and on BBC Four before that on New Year's Eve last year. Honestly one of the best stand up/one woman shows I have seen. Touching and quite sad in places, especially when she talks about her dad, but really funny and life affirming as well. Loved Dawn anyway from French and Saunders and The Vicar of Dibley but this made me love her even more. Would recommend to all whilst it's still on there - although it is coming out on DVD in November too. I especially loved her speech at the end 'I know Kate Moss is unreservedly wrong when she says nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, because PASTIES? I REST MY CASE!' |

Thanks for flagging this up. I've just watched it on iPlayer and shed tears both of laughter and sadness.
