1. No offence remarks toward Kelly Clarkson and/or any of her work.
This forum is for Kelly Clarkson fans, not a Kelly Clarkson haters. There is a difference between constructive criticism and hate remarks - this is easily recognized.
If you are unsure which category a comment of yours falls under then PM Dan (Kellyfan06) or Frank the comment and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
Make sure a post with subjective content can be recognized with a simple ‘In my opinion’ or something in that sense.
Failure to comply:
1st offence: Warning in thread or PM (depends on how far the comment goes)
2nd offence: Warning via PM
3rd offence: Referred to higher management who will then take appropriate action, which may be a warning, suspension or ban.
2. No posting links to illegal music files.
Posting illegal music files could consequence in the board facing legal issues.

3. Keep unrelated Kelly threads and posts (off-topic stuff) to the My Inc. Would Suck Without You thread.
We have a special chit-chat topic in the forum, named 'My Inc. Would Suck Without You' at the moment. Please keep all off-topic discussion in that thread.
Before opening random threads or games, please PM either forum moderator for permission, as we don’t want the forum to look untidy due to an overload of games and more than one topic about similar subjects. Keep album/single/tour information in the already existing topics.
If you have the feeling you have news that is important enough for a new topic, please contact one of the forum moderators via PM. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have any news that doesn’t have a topic of it’s own, feel free to make a topic about it, as we encourage members sharing information.

Persistant offending: Add to warning level; possible referring to higher management who will then take appropriate action, which may be a warning, suspension or ban (subject to moderators discretion).
4. Allow the Kelly Clarkson Board Management to sort out problems, rather than deal with them yourself.
Should you have a problem with another member in the forum or something which has been posted then please PM either forum moderator and explain your problem.
We have no problem with members standing their ground, however arguing with other members will not be tolerated.
If neither forum moderator is online and the problem is urgent then please contact a global moderator and explain your problem.
Failure to comply:
Failure to comply to this rule is in the form of dealing with problems yourself in a way which conflicts with BuzzJack Terms Of Service.
All failures to comply with be dealt with on an individual basis and consequences will vary depending on the case.
