Love them or hate the, the 4 singles from this album all performed well in the charts for Kylie.
The marketing and promotion of the singles were handled greatly and the multiple release formats were wonderful for the fans as they had so much to offer. Which of these 4 singles do you like the best? Please Vote and leave some comments. |

‘In Your Eyes’ is the one for me, it’s just incredible. ‘Love at First Sight’ was the track which made me the diehard Kylie fan I am though, at the time.
What a great time to be alive this was. |

The singles are just wonderful here and i believe the 4 tracks were the right choices.
That said, i do believe Love At First Sight should have got selected for the 2nd single and In Your Eyes as the third. |

'Can't Get You Out of My Head'. It has to be!
But 'In Your Eyes' was a lovely surprise, and prompted me to buy the album. |

Love At First Sight with absolute ease gets my vote, its an adorable happy song that is so Kylie.
That said, i also adore Cant Get You Out Of Head. I prefer Come Into My World to In Your Eyes as In Your Eyes has aged badly. |

This is a hard one as all the singles were perfect. Here's my rankings:-
1) Can't Get You Out Of My Head 2) Love at First Sight 3) In Your Eyes 4) Come Into My World A proper example of a perfect era with regards to singles, promotion and giving the fans value for money with their purchases. CGYOOMH was a big comeback with massive radio play, video play and even kept Michael Jackson's comeback 'You Rock My World' from the top spot which was a surprise to everyone. All four singles still (in my opinion) sound fresh today 16-17 years on and always hit the spot when you hear them |

It’s true, I feel like Kylie really set the bar in 2001/2002 with this slick well-produced pop that holds up compared to the manufactured pop that era was awash with.

The singles were certainly slick and well produced and have stood the test of time.
The whole Fever campaign was handled with excellence and Cant Get You Out Of My Head was a smashing lead single that set the whole era up for the huge success that it became. This was also an era that finally saw Kylie pick up some long awaited and deserved Brit Awards and many other awards too. |

TBH this album/era in terms of promo, single choices etc., was so spot on, CGYOOMH set up everything and it was at a time when they gave us multiple formats for single releases.
Love all the singles from this album but went with CGYOOMH - such a classic and properly catapulted Kylie back into the mainstream at a new level after the success of LY. |

I vote for Love at First Sight. I still get a buzz when it unexpectedly pops up on my ipod shuffle.
The first three singles are amazing. The fourth , not so much. |

CGYOOMH really brought Kylie to such a new level of success. Very true; it really was huge, 300,000 plus opening sales was amazing and I love the song but I still prefer love at first sight. I know I've said this loads of time but I think love at first sight would have beaten west life to number 1 if was the 2nd single instead of in your eyes. Four great singles here. |

The opening sales of CGYOOMH were astonishing.
At that time only charity singles, novelty singles or singles from reality shows achieved sales like that. In today's climate, this would easily be a 2 million selling single. |

'Love At First Sight', gets my vote, as it's still one of my firm fave Kylie classics, it was an instant standout the day I purchased the wonderful 'Fever' album and knew that it had to be a single and thankfully it was. It's just dance-pop at it's finest with Kylie in her total prime and commercial peak.
All the singles from this album are fantastic and still sound fresh to this day. With this kind of success by these days this album would have got totally milked, by releasing more than 4 singles (which is quite surprising they stopped there) because these days they would have probably released about 6 or 7 singles including a special edition re-release or something, but as it was it felt perfect the way it was. Although I do recall that 'Burning Up' was planned as the 5th single, but glad nothing came of it and left the way it was. (If there was gonna be another then why not 'Tightrope', which would have went really well with the other 4. 01. Love At First Sight 02. Can't Get You Out Of My Head 03. In Your Eyes 04. Come Into My World |

Fever was certainly an album that could have got away with a re-release and would likely have sold well.
For starters, Cant Get Blue Monday Out of My Head could have been added, some of the b side tracks and some remixes and it would have boosted the album sales further. That said, the album, singles and all that went with it at that time performed brilliantly. |

Here's what a re-release special edition could have looked like = 1. More, More, More 2. Love at First Sight 3. Can’t Get You out of My Head 4. Fever 5. Give It to Me 6. Fragile 7. Come into My World [Single Version] 8. In Your Eyes 9. Dancefloor 10. Love Affair 11. Your Love 12. Burning Up 13. Tightrope [Single Version] 14. Good Like That 15. Baby 16. Boy 17. Can’t Get Blue Monday out of My Head 18. Whenever You Feel Like It 19. Rendezvous at Sunset 20. Alone Again A 2nd CD to include remixes and possibly music videos for each of the singles. That would have certainly made for an excellent re-release and would have paved the way for a new single to promote it.
Ideally the Golden re-release will be a release worth buying again and captivating enough to persuade people to buy the album again. Kylie also managed some fantastic promotional activities during the Fever era and she performed on so many huge shows and events which was wonderful promotion at that time. It was a hugely successful era from every aspect. |

Just looked through my collection - The album got a 2nd version in Australia with the following tracks:
1. Can’t Get Blue Monday Out Of My Head 2. Love At First Sight (Scumfrog Beauty & The Beast Remix) 3. Can’t Get You Out Of My Head (Deluxes Dirty Dub) 4. In Your Eyes (Roger Sanchez Dub) 5. Love At First Sight (Ruff & Jam US Radio Mix) 6. Come Into My World (Fischerspoon Remix) 7. Whenever You Feel Like It ‘Tightrope’ was a standard track on both editions of the album. |

It was an era where remixes were aplenty.
I also forgot that all of these single got a 12inch release. Would anyone know how the vinyls releases of the singles sold? |
