Welcome back to Sjan Tivor on Áskorza's beautiful, sheltered South-West coast where it is currently a blissful 35 degrees! We hope you are enjoying your winter sun. We've got 41 shiny new songs to join our 43 qualifiers from the preliminary round. You can get a quick refresher on the revised format here, but the 411 is this: This is Quarter Final 4 and you will be voting for 10 of the below entires in the Eurovision format (12, 10, 08, 07, 06, 05, 04, 03, 02, 01) (again, if the thought of voting for 10 literally makes you want to vomit, i'll accept votes that have at least 6 songs). The deadline for sending your votes to moi (5 Silas Frøkner) by Tuesday 7th January 2020 at 23:59 GMT. We will have 10 songs from this Quarter Final proceeding to the Semi-finals, and we will be losing 11 of these songs, so make sure that it isn't one of yours by avoiding the 15 point non-voting deduction. Voting is open to anyone who has participated in BJSC this year and you can vote in as many or as few Quarter Finals as you'd like. Countries have multiple entries throughout this competition so please be kind to your friendly moderators and include the Country and the Contest Number when you're voting. More than half (6/10) of my votes in this QF went to songs that originally DNQed! (I had a 5-5 split in the first two QFs but only voted for 3 DNQs in QF3).
