frankie.png Nah it's a decent song, just not remotely near her best singles or the standard of most of her album tracks (for real). Of those who commented in the thread there was a massive majority for 1999 so show yaselves heathens x

One of her best yes. I prefer Superlove, pleasantly surprised at how high that finished!

Gone was my winner, with Break The Rules just behind. If 2099 had been eligible for this it might've been a contender for my winner, no lie. I adore Charli but her albums/Mixtapes are stronger than her singles if that makes sense aha.

Thanks everyone for voting, hopefully someone somewhere made at least one Charli discovery from this wub.gif I've spent so much time on here in the last few months, hosted two rates and this survivor and as pathetic as this sounds I'm lowkey exhausted lmao. Time for a wee step back x

I expected something from Sucker era would win but really Gone is absolutely her best, that or Nuclear Seasons for me. Not sure Charli herself would approve of Boom Clap winning laugh.gif

'Boom Clap' is not her best single, but it's still a good song.

Unusually what this survivor has shown me is that I really don't like a lot of her music. laugh.gif

Is Boom Clap her best single? No.
Is it better than 1999? Absolutely.

Out of the top 10, the following are better than Boom Clap (in this order):

Break the Rules
SuperLove
I Love It
Gone
Fancy

Without taking into account Nuclear Seasons (being her absolute best)...
