 The votes are in, 40 countries will join Scherzland and Land of DW in the final of BJSC CXXXI. But who are they?  Be here at 19:30 to find out! Wholune and Beaverdonia voted after the deadline, so they'll get a 15% penalty. As Sandénia didn't vote until the extended deadline, their deduction is 33%.
