Nothing climbing to the A-list this week? That's not something you see often.
Another yawnfest of new additions, really can't understand why they're sitting on the new Tom Grennan. Thought Luude would make it on this week too.
TSHA getting that double playlisting!

I have an irritating feeling All These Nights isn't going to be a hit - I can see his collab with KSI being fairly big and will probably overshadow it

I can see why they’ve decided not to remove any songs from the A-List as most haven’t been on the playlist too long or are still peaking in the chart. I think the only song they should’ve removed is ‘21 Reasons’.

Love the amount of dance songs on the playlist at the minute - especially with Diplo now added (I prefer this one to ‘Don’t Forget My Love’).

Good to see them adding ‘B.O.T.A’ just before it looks to properly take off. I thought they might wait another week or two.

21 reasons on the A-List makes no sense. It sounds so Capitol radio and Nathan is really meant for there.

I don't think that's how Radio 1 decide their playlist somehow.

Echoing the love for Bicep and TAAHLIAH, also a good add for Diplo/TSHA (agreed this is a better song than 'Don't Forget My Love'). Pleased to see Steve Lacy already moving up too so at least they're not doing a Joji with it.

I actually kinda thought the Eliza Rose song was on there already for some reason - I have already heard it on there although tbf was in the evening so outside playlist hours. Wouldn't be surprised if this is one R1 spam a lot though.

It's probably worth noting that this playlist won't actually kick in in full until Monday due to the Dance Weekend

took me ages to click with the Diplo / Miguel song
but this new Diplo is much more instant, hope it gets Spotify support soon rather than in 6 months

one thing they could have done is switch to the new 1975 single, which is more like a proper lead single
than the poor buzz single they have now in the a-list

He’s one of the biggest DJs in the world and I imagine the Ibiza weekend had an effect on its add!

'Let You Go' is absolutely brilliant, better than Don't Forget My Love imo. Sad it doesn't have much chance of being a hit.

The artist name Patrick Topping always reminds me of pizzas!
