Am I the only one that sometimes sees the KC Forum as a place for most people to get their post count up?? Looking through some of the topics which havent got a massive discussion in them (Fave/Least Kelly song (no offence to the topic starter..) for example) has loads of posts from people who will post in THAT particular topic and then never post in the forum again... (Unless its for a Boot & Immune or What Kelly Song You Listening To.. etc.) And then topics which SHOULD have a major discussion (like the new album discussion topic or if a 2W2V topic gets started) gets completely ignored
Im not using this topic to get more people to post in the new album discussion topic or to bump it up in anyway.. Im just saying that people need to stop using the KC Forum as a trash can to get their post count higher[/rant]

I agree. There arent far enough KC fans around here, and yes, we need more discussion..
I have decided a while ago that any other poll/B&I topic will be closed immediatly if you don't ask me or Dan (kellyfan) first.

Hmm its interesting that you mention his Joao, I haven't had much time for the forum as of late, I've had a lot of personal and work commitments going on which have reduced my internet usage. I have wondered for some time what could be done to generate new conversation, as to be honest, everything seems a bit stale. Whenever a new topic regarding the new album, or the tour pops up, it seems to be ignored, or just recycled for people offering the same opinion that's offered in every other thread... I've got a bit more time now so I'm going to have a good think about what can be done to shake things up a bit...

If this thread could be used as a thread for people contributing any idea's and thoughts that would be absoloutely fantastic

Oh and thankyou Joao for bringing this up, I think it was one of those things that everybody thought, but nobody wanted to be the first person to post, so thankyou for that

Joao should definatly mod the Kelly forum. No offense to the current mods meant but he does contribute the most.

But KC isnt as busy as those forums with three mods. Maybe when its closer to the album release but after the era is over the forum just dies a bit.

Not to sound rude or anything, but the only thing Joao is doing is copying and pasting stuff from the official KC boards.
I mean, obviously it's good that you're doing that Joao and keeping everyone in the loop, but the contributions aren't really coming from you.

Actually i have typed out many things myself. Anything official i copy and paste. Also i doubt many people have noticed, but i have tried to keep all posts of the single in the single topic dispite people still posting them in the album topic... it gets very confusing.

Of course he is, he's not going to think of stuff like this from the Top of his head is he? He needs to get his information from somewhere...

To moderate a forum is more thn posting new topics with news and such. I could do it just as well as he does, but he enjoys doing it, so whats the problem here?

Sure Dan isn't around too much, but he is the one who kept this forum up from the start.
And no offence to Joao, he's only been posting here loads since there's news on Kelly. He wasn't around all the time when it was quiet. I don't mind that at all, but before he gets the chance to mod the forum, he would have to prove himself I think he'd be a great mod btw, but it's not up to me. And I think the forum is holding up really well this way.

When I was asked to mod this forum, Dan was all by himself, and when I cam around, I posted as much 'news' possible, even though there wasn't much to post about, but I did try my best. The thing is that nobody was around to notice my hard work back then, cuz nobody posted here

Yes. We have a lot of trouble with him and KC. Not in the KC forum but in general.

To summarise, he's a revolting rat and cannot be expected to appreciate anything decent. I wouldn't WANT him as a fan
