Another BIG issue is the worlds economic challenge....The US hasn't had the amount of unemployment since the 1950's so ALL businesses are operating VERY conservatively!! This has put a hiccup in Anastacia's tour....
Luckily, Live Nation still believes in her as a live artist and we have been given a tour routing for June/July....the venues will be small, around 5,000 and the idea of her show will be a very stripped down, intimate one....her singing live and connecting with her audience....
We should know if this budget that has been offered will be attainable.....It is a tour that is NOT going to be based in Anastacia making money....she does need to NOT pay out of pocket so the proper money people are trying to figure out if this is possible....
We have HOPE that this can happen and she will be out on the road reminding people she is a unique and special singer!!!!
I appreciate your concern and anything you can do to help spread the word would be very helpful!!!
We will probably be going to an event in Vienna March 5th which will be televised...she plans to launch the third single, "Defeated" and hopefully be able to announce the tour launch which may motivate radio to add this song to their rotation.....
Thank you for continuing to be her unconditional fan-ily!!!! It gives her strength to move through this difficult time.....

I reckon she'll leave Mercury. They funded and pushed forward the project the way they wanted to (in a style that she clearly hasn't chosen), + it looks like she's funding 'Defeated' herself. Wow.

Mercury is a pile of $h!t...it shouldn't be up to Ana to do that...I hope she leaves them

It's so cheeky of them to stop funding + promoting an album that they made her do. They'll put money into crap like ICFY + AP, tracks that they personally selected for her to record, but when it comes to a co-written track that she's already personally mentioned to liking (and is ALOT better than alot of the stuff on the album), they decide not to fund it.

Wow.. I think it's very brave of her to continue this era, and not backing down. It just shows that she's not a quitter.. She's our survivor chick

Hi Fanily!
I am sooooo missing you guys and I am so excited to finally be coming out on tour! I know that the venues are different from my last tour and it may be challenging to get the seats you desire but I promise that I am creating a very intimate show and no matter where you are in the audience, I will be singing to each and everyone of you! this should be good guys. she seems to be doing ok and happy about the intimate tour thats been planned.
"An intimate evening with Anastacia" would be a perfct tour name if u ask me.

I think she prefers the intimate concerts anyways cause she can interact with the audience more
