'Tis the season to be jolly and festive, and the chart ten days before Christmas should be flush with Christmas songs. However, looking at the top ten as it stands today, there's not a lot of Christmas in evidence.

Perhaps then there is room for this charming song from Lisa Hugo. A vocalist from Australia who writes her own music alongside her work as a vocal coach, Hugo is an experienced performer with a flair for pop and jazz. 'My Christmas Day' moves more down the pure pop route, a ballad style with sweeping melodies and a nice sentiment to it.
