Amanda Bloom: The History of Things to Come’
Reviewed by Urbanfairy on 19 Nov 2013
Amanda Bloom is an artist like no other! Never before has so many different styles and sounds been combined to result in such an amazing out coming sound. Constantly keeping you on your toes, the album showcases some great classical instruments alongside rockier electric guitars for impact. The vocals across the album show a fantastic range and power that makes the listener really feel as if they are fully immersed in the music. The dramatic piano alongside the guitars sound so tight and professional. All of the tracks on this album are very well thought out songs that push the boundaries of contemporary music resulting in a sound that is total original and very pleasing to the ears. To top off the fantastic song writing, musicianship and instrumentation, the album has been produced to a very high standard with a very polished sound sonically.
