Yasmina: You're Hired! Yasmina Siadatan, 27, has won BBC's The Apprentice and a £100,000 a year job with Sir Alan Sugar.

After a tight final with fellow finalist Kate Walsh, also 27, Yasmina edged ahead in the boardroom after wowing Sir Alan, associates Margaret and Nick and fellow Apprentice stars with her sound business acumen and leadership.

The final task, to create and market a new brand of chocolate, was a close race, with Yasmina aiming low with cheaper shock chocolate (Cocoa Electric) including some apparently inedible chocolates, and Kate aiming high with top of the range sharing Choc Amour. Clearly taste wasn't an issue, as Yasmina won through in the end with a more impressive advertising campaign, price and packaging.

This series has been a huge success for the BBC with 8+ million viewers a week, but is marred slightly by the sad news that Margaret Mountford, Sir Alan's accociate and side kick, is leaving for pastures new.
