PINK shocked fans at a Los Angeles show last night (28JUN06) by dedicating a song to beleaguered pop star BRITNEY SPEARS. Pink, real name ALECIA MOORE, played to a sold-out crowd at hotspot Avalon and dedicated DON'T LET ME GET ME to Spears. The GET THE PARTY STARTED star told the audience she had always loved Spears and wanted everyone to send her some "good energy and love because she could use it right now". TOXIC singer Spears has recently been criticised for her mothering skills and teary appearance on US news show DATELINE earlier this month (JUN06). The crowd reacted by cheering and breaking out in loud bouts of laughter, according to website TMZ.com. Among the celebrities in the audience were rocker TOMMY LEE and a wine-sipping LISA MARIE PRESLEY.

i wonder if britney will say something back to her, i hope so

i've never really liked britneys music at all (i brought her first two albums but never really listen to them) but she seems like a lovely person and all that stuff about her bein a bad mother is just because the media need to write something about her and have nothing better to do

OMG this is FAB  bless Pink :cheer: you know Britney mentioned Pink as one of her fav artists on the Dateline Interview a few weeks ago :D :cheer: bless 'em ^_^

O and thanks for posting :D

Totally forgot about the Dateline interview! I guess they really respect each other.

I have always loved pink! I remember when fans got mad about what pink said about britney in her song "dont let me get me" but to me it seemed more like a compliment then anything!

Well done to Pink. Shes not a bad girl, She really is a nice girl!
