I absolutely adored the book when I was younger, and judging by the trailor of the film it looks like it's gonna be a bit $h!tty and completely different to the book :(

I adored the book, one of my faves when I was little, this looks ok but looks like it is gonna be rather different... hmm

Yeaah, looks like they've changed quite a bit of it :( ... and plus I never really thought of them having American accents, just doesn't sound right! :(

Oh it's that creepy plastecine animation :( Boo.

i look forward for this...but i still think that the book is much better..:P

I'm not impressed by the trailer for this, but then the book was tiny so I imagine they've had to elaborate quite a bit. I don't like this sort of animation either.

I REALLY want to see this. Looks like it could be a classic.

I loved the book, but this is meant to be REALLY good.

 

I love this sort of animation too, much better than the general CGI stuff.

I wish they looked more cartoony personally, I just can't get the Quentin Blake images outta my head!
