Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh have given us serious hair

envy this week with their red carpet styles.

 

This week Girls Aloud stars, Cheryl Cole and Kimberely Walsh,

battled it out on the red carpet with two of the most lust-worthy

hairstyles we’ve seen all month.

 

We couldn’t decide which of the two, would win our worthy hair

award this week, so we decided that we would award them both.

 

Cheryl Cole stepped out in a one-shouldered LBD, teamed with

red lippie, luscious lashes and a side-swept hairstyle. The X

Factor judge has take a liking to the swept over style this week,

as she stepped out at Simon Cowell’s 50th birthday bash with a

similar style too.

 

Kimberley Walsh stuck to the new Girls Aloud formula of side-sweeping, as she appeared alongside Cheryl with another gorgeous updo. Ms Walsh stepped out in a frock that Carrie Bradshaw would be proud of, as it featured an oversized corsage.

Kimbereley’s simple but effective hairstyle was the perfect style for her statement dress. To get Kimberley’s look all you have to do is twist the front section of hair and pin into a messy bun at the back of your head.

 

A style high five goes out to Ms Walsh and Mrs Cole!

Cheryl Cole talks Alexandra Burke out of getting a dog

Cheryl Cole advised X Factor winner Alexandra Burke not to get a dog,

says a report. Alexandra's former mentor does not think that getting a

pooch would be a good idea for a young pop star.

Burke told The Sun: "[Cheryl] talked me out of getting a dog the other day.

 

"She said it's like looking after a child and I'd hardly see it."

 

The 21-year-old singer revealed that she is still close to Cheryl and

Simon Cowell.

 

She told the newspaper: "I saw him here at the label the other day.

 

"He was having a grown-up meeting and his PA said I couldn't go in.

 

"So I said, 'Watch me!' and I burst into the meeting with all these men in

suits."

 

She added: "Simon went bright red and looked really uncomfortable.

 

"But I didn't care, I walked right in there and shouted his name."

 

Alex recently claimed that she has a rebellious streak.

 

She told The Sun that she went against Simon's advice and decided to

have three tattoos.

 

Alex said: "I'd wanted a tattoo for ages.

 

"I plan to get loads more. But they have to be tasteful and out of sight. No

tramp stamps.

 

"I'm a very strong-minded person and I've never allowed anyone to tell me

what to do - not even my parents. I moved out of home when I was 16

and I've been paying my own bills ever since."
