The 23rd Annual MTV Video Music Awards is continuing the tradition of awarding artists who best captivates us the viewers with the sights and sounds that a music video can offer. Your expertise and knowledge of the music industry is extremely valuable and MTV would like to invite you to join the nomination process by selecting your favorite videos of the past year for each category. Help us decide who will have the opportunity to take the coveted twelve inch, seven pound metal Moon Man statue home with them from, where else, the original home of the very first VMA's, Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
