I don't buy that story. Someone on Popjustice won a competition with Polydor to go see The Monster Ball and they were sat with Polydor execs who said they wanted Alejandro as the next single. This was before it was announced properly.

#75 peak in the UK was only people cherry picking from the fame monster so it did well for just that alone.

This is such a sumer song, the other week when i was in spain, i took my lady gaga cd and every day we would play alejandro, and when ever i hear it i think sun sea sand <3 its just one of them songs that make you have amazing eargasms <3 ahhhhhhh ...

#9 on Australian iTunes. :o It's already a huge hit. This song does have the potential to be her 5th #1. This song is a perfect summer song. I hope it will get some wild remixs. This song is fave on The Fame Monster. I just love it so much. :wub:
