I've had to install/uninstall so many programs to find the one that is working (quite) fine. I'm having so many thoughts what gif's to do atm as i have amount of TV shows downloaded in my folder. (Don't tell anybody about it though :kink: )

Well the public has never had a say in the Azeri entry, and they've had two good results and decent songs so I wouldn't be too worried yet :)

damn, the Icelandic and Norwegian semi-finals are on at exactly the same time Saturday night :( I guess I'll have to flick between the streams again...

Agreed, apart maybe from 2 songs i don't particulary look forward to seeing/hearing shows/songs. :( I will stick with NMGP like the proverb says if you chase two hares you will catch none.

What news have I got for you today :)

 

Firstly, people can submit songs from the Ukrainian selection, and not only can they be in Ukrainian & English, but also Spanish & Italian

 

February 7th will be the draw to decide which semi-final each country will be in, and which semi-final the big 4 + Norway have to vote in. But this year, in order to help delegations plan when they need to arrive in Oslo, the draw will determine whether the country will be one of the first 7-8 songs on stage, or one of the last ones (as rehearsals are done in the running order). March 22nd will be the draw for the exact running order.

 

Ticket sales are expected to start on February 8th. Rehearsals start on May 16th.

 

Eurovision CD will be released on 7th May, and the DVD on 18th June. Dates may vary depending on which country you live in (I think CDs are released in Europe on a Friday, but on a Monday in the UK)

I've got a feeling that the 7 songs last week were leaked by accident, as I went back on the website later that night and found that the 30 second clips were back up again
